There was nothing wrong with the itinerary, lunch and tour guide, but the attractions in Hue were really lacking. The Imperial City was not even a poor man's version of the Forbidden City. Maybe Vietnam is just a country of this size.★

I really enjoyed the small group, which was very consistent and didn't linger. Our guide, Vi, spoke very good English and was very informative. We didn't quite have enough time in the imperial palace; I would have liked more free time. The drive was long, plus we were picked up later than scheduled and arrived a little early, which made it feel like we didn't have enough time in Hue itself. Everything else was wonderful.★

Super efficient. They contacted me within minutes after booking to confirm flight details and send instructions. They were waiting for me at the designated meeting point and whisked me to the express line at immigration, which I cleared in seconds. The only problem that I had was that it took another half hour for my suitcase to be delivered at baggage claim, but that is not the fault of the fast track service.★

The tour went by quite quickly, the guide was wonderful, and the tourists in our group were very cheerful, making the day a truly memorable one.
Bana Hills is definitely a paradise, definitely worth a visit. But unfortunately, a few hours weren't enough for us.
