The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

Very convenient! Booking in advance on Trip.com is cheaper than booking at the pier. Check in at the pier 30 minutes before departure. The air conditioning on the way there wasn't very cool, but it was very cool on the way back. The boat is large and comfortable.

Great, the driver was on time for the transfer. The speedboat was very clean and comfortable. The welcoming crew provided refreshing towels and bottled water.

Friends and I were vacationing in the northern part of Patong in February 2026. We decided to use Smartbus to visit the newly opened "white temple." We purchased tickets through the Trip.com app and paid with a Kyrgyz card. We received the tickets, and you can download them, print them, save them on your phone, or simply open them in the app and show the driver, which is what we did. It was very convenient and we saved money.


