Despite initial miscommunication, the problem was resolved quickly and professionally. The trip went smoothly and was quick. The massage function in my seat was unfortunately broken, but otherwise everything was as described. I would book again.★

I highly recommend it. I missed the bus I'd booked earlier, so the manager rescheduled my ticket for the next available flight. I waited in the lounge with air conditioning and a cooler. Thank you for being part of my solo trip.★
