Fast and easy to set up. Staff was very nice. Had multiple areas around the bay which helped when needing to replace a helmet cause a strap broke randomly. When our batteries died, they were very quick on getting replacement batteries. One suggestion I have, all bikes should have a small emergency first aid kit in them. Incase you have an accident. Totally worth every penny we spent. Ran over our time a little and they were very accommodating. Plan on using them again.

Kevin was a fantastic guide. We saw sea lions, dolphins, and whales. When Kevin saw plastic waste in the ocean, he removed it. I thought that was great.
