Everything! The tours organized by the guide Juan were great! Punctual and organized, approachable, polite and helpful! The beaches and support clubs were excellent, clean, and the food and drinks were great! I recommend it!

Tour was good seeing the city and getting some history. Karen was good. Suggestions for improvement. Karen’s English was good, but she had tendency to start speaking fast, which almost started to sound Spanish and hard to understand. Could just slow down and all good.

I was very pleased with the tour and operator we chose, as we didn't want a party boat (I was with my 10yo son) and wanted to see the islands and snorkel. I had not realized that neither of the two stops BV makes are at port, meaning you don't actually get off on any of the islands. They drop anchor near Isla Grande, and again offshore Baru, and snorkeling gear is available, as well as it was lots of fun just jumping off the boat (stairs are also available). There is no information provided, which was a shame for most. I'm an experienced snorkeler and ocean/outdoor enthusiast with freediving ability, so I was able to locate where the reef was (right off the bow & port) but another 50-60 snorkelers in the water were in the completely wrong area. The current was pretty strong, and it was easy to get off the front stairs, snorkel around the side, and catch pretty good aquatic life early on, then swim with the current to the back platform to get on, and lap again. Once we pulled away, I was chatting with other guests who had seen nothing snorkeling, and I felt bad that they weren't given any information to find the goods, because it was actually quite good. Lunch and drinks were easy and suitable, and impressively, everything ran about on time. They could have communicated a few things a little better, but we were glad to have chosen this splurge away from the hectic city.


