The bus trip was great; there was plenty to see and photograph. The QR code you receive allows you to listen to or read information about the sights in German. The meeting point is also very easy to find. However, for the boat trip, you need to use your GPS to find the address on your ticket, otherwise it's really difficult. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the boat. The boat trip itself is fantastic, and you see everything from a different perspective.★

I highly recommend people take this instead of the self-guided audio tour. It makes a lot of difference. The guide shared a lot of stories with the site. It was a way more insightful tour that an audio device can't replace.★

The bus left on time, and was parked very close to the meeting point. We had plenty of time at the garden, which was beautiful. The bus parked in the car park, and we were instructed as to what time the bus would leave. However we were not given any instructions as to where to go, and we were wandering around for a while before we found the entrance. However I don't think the bus driver spoke much English, so that could have been the problem. Plenty of time too at the shopping centre and it was easy to find your way around and get back to the bus. The driver did extremely well coping in the busy traffic and we were very grateful for his skill! An enjoyable tour and day out
