[eSIM Installation]
※ iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later: Install with one tap via the Trip.com app. Please ensure both the app and iOS are up to date.
 
• iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Cards → Add eSIM (Menu names may vary by device)
 
[Using the eSIM]
1. Turn off mobile data on your physical SIM. Set the eSIM as default for mobile data.
2. If internet or hotspot isn't working, check APN settings and restart your phone.
3. For unstable or slow connection: toggle Airplane Mode, or manually select a supported carrier.
 
[APN Settings]
※ Usually auto-configured. If needed, set the APN manually and restart your phone.
 
• iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → [Your eSIM] → Mobile Data Network → APN: sl2sfr
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Cards → [Your eSIM] → Access Point Names → Tap "+" (top right) → APN: sl2sfr → Save

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[eSIM Installation & Reset]

• If an error appears after scanning the QR code, go to Settings → Mobile Data to confirm that the eSIM was added.

• You can delete and reinstall the eSIM up to 5 times on the same device.

• Once activated, the eSIM is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.


[Activation Tips]

• For multi-region eSIMs, do not install before arriving at your destination, or your plan may activate early and shorten your validity.

• Turn off data roaming for your original SIM to avoid unexpected charges.

• VPNs or configuration profiles may interfere with the eSIM. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and remove any existing profiles.


[Network Usage Notice]

• Network quality may vary depending on the local carrier, terrain, buildings, crowd density, or weather. If 5G is unavailable, your device will automatically switch to 4G/LTE.

• To maintain fair usage, carriers may temporarily reduce speeds or limit data for heavy users. Avoid activities like long video streaming, large downloads, software updates, or hotspot sharing to prevent slowdowns.


[App & Website Limitations]

• Network speed can vary depending on the local carrier, terrain, buildings, network traffic, and weather conditions. If 5G is unavailable, the network will automatically switch to 4G/LTE.

• Device model or OS version may affect performance. We cannot offer refunds for apps or websites that do not function properly.
