The koalas were so incredibly cute, and I was so happy to be able to hold one. They took photos right on time, so there was no wasted time. I thought it would be like a zoo, so I went early to look around the facility before my koala-holding time, but the main attraction is holding koalas, and the facility is very small, so you can see everything quickly. I was glad I arrived a little before my reservation time. The moment I picked up the koala, it rubbed against me affectionately, and it was so cute, I was very happy. They also took some great photos of the moment, so I'm glad I went.★

It was a great day out! The crew were super organised and friendly, they were also very patient with the dozens of tourists who didn’t speak much English. It’s a big boat with a couple hundred tourists, so be prepared for that. Lunch was great! We had a great day out and snorkelling on the reef was just incredible.★
