Activities such as underwater walking and deep diving require participants to be at least 12 years old. All children's activities require adult accompaniment.
How to use
Arrive at the ticket redemption point 15 minutes before the time indicated on your e-voucher and board with your e-voucher.
 
Itineraries involving flights require on-site payment of additional fees:
 
Cruise + 10-min helicopter ride: AUD 11 per person
 
Flight one way and boat return or boat one way and flight return: AUD 32 per person
 
Round-trip flight: AUD 65 per person
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Please arrive at the designated location in advance according to the time on the confirmation slip to check in

  • Child policy: 4–14 years of age. Free for infants aged 0–3, but they must be included in the booking. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Family policy: 2 adults (15+ years old) and 2 children. Family room rates are not applicable for group bookings.
  • Group - Leader Policy: 1 FOC professional guide/language assistant will be provided for every 15-30 paying guests, and 2 FOC professional guides will be provided for groups of 31 or more guests.
  • We are not responsible for lost personal items during the trip. Guests are strongly advised not to bring valuables.
  • Please inform our booking team of any special dietary requirements when making your reservation.
  • Cancellation policy: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if notified less than 24 hours before departure. Due to weather/tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, certain services may be canceled or modified. In rare cases where Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, guests will be offered a trip on the following day, an alternative Reef Unlimited product, or a full refund.
  • Optional activities: Snorkel Safari and Snorkel Experience are only available during full-day services at 9 AM and 11 AM.
  • Certain medical conditions and medications may prevent guests from participating in optional water activities.
  • The minimum age for participating in Snorkel Safari and Snorkel Experience is 6 years old.
  • All children (aged 4-14) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Environmental Management Charge (EMC): Effective July 1, 2023, all marine cruise operators are required to pay the Environmental Management Charge, which is essential for the management of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and World Heritage Area.
