Reviews: One-day sightseeing bus tour in northern Okinawa, Japan: Churaumi Aquarium + Manzamo + Ryukyu Village

Our first stop was the Churaumi Aquarium. The tour guide announced the departure time as 1:45 PM. However, when handing out tickets, another male staff member actually handed out a piece of paper with the bus parking lot marked, but the time on it was 1:15 PM. I didn't think much of it and set my phone alarm for 1:30 PM (the bus parking map indicated that the journey from the entrance to the parking lot took about 15 minutes), so the alarm was set correctly. After watching the whale sharks, my family and I didn't choose the outdoor dolphin show, so we decided to rest inside. However, since we'd been resting for so long, we slowly made our way to the parking lot around 1:10 PM. Unexpectedly, at 1:21 PM, the travel agency called the phone number I'd given them. I didn't answer at first, thinking they wouldn't call me since I didn't know anyone in Okinawa. But then they called again, figuring it wasn't a wrong number. I answered, and the first thing they asked was, "What's the problem?" I asked her where I was and told her we were heading toward the parking lot. She explained that we were late and had missed the bus, and urged us to hurry or the bus would leave. My family and I, who had been walking slowly, suddenly ran. As the boys were running ahead, I kept looking back and urging them to start running. But the weather in Okinawa was incredibly hot, and my family was holding umbrellas, so running was impossible. As I reached the bus, my phone alarm went off, showing 1:30 PM. I told the tour guide, "Didn't we originally board at 1:45 PM?" She checked the time and heard my alarm go off, and quickly apologized. Luckily, the driver heard it (and smiled). Once we boarded, everyone was waiting for us (actually, it was just my fiancée and me). The female tour guide immediately apologized in Japanese and English, saying it was their fault for the delay and not ours. After we got off, the tour guide apologized again, and I said it was okay. My comments after the fact aren't meant to point fingers at anyone, but simply to hope that the travel agency can prevent such incidents from happening again. The company's SOPs for handling matters should be revisited. On that day, the agency dispatched a driver, a female tour guide, and two male waiters (one was probably the tour leader, the other I assume was an intern or something). The waiter, who I believe was an intern, should have confirmed the timings with the tour guide when handing out the parking list for the tour bus (since tourists are supposed to gather at the guide's time) and made the final decision. If they had communicated well, this incident wouldn't have happened. The same goes for management: when there are many people, different problems are bound to arise. This is why anyone who has served in the military knows why everyone is required to check their watches and pay attention to the time after an order is issued! Finally, I'd like to reiterate that this comment isn't meant to blame anyone. Thank you all for your hard work. P.S. The time in the photo is ** time, so add one hour to reflect local Japanese time.
Reviews: Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium & Nago Pineapple Park & Kouri Island day tour|Chinese,English, and Korean Audio Guide

Obviously picked the left Mandarin group, the impression of the whole group except the left, 1 family is not Japanese, so the tour guide introduced the whole Japanese, a sound is not clear, fortunately, the sound is so gentle, it is super. Time is a little rushed, the aquarium is not dry, you have to gather to the next attraction. But there are tourist buses to the point, and it is much more convenient to bring children.
