This trip was with my sister, a mother and son, and a single man from the bank. It was a small group of five in a minivan. The tour guide and driver provided excellent service. Although the three groups had different routes, the staggered schedules were very well arranged. I was very satisfied!

Kamikochi in autumn is definitely worth a visit. Signing up for a day tour is so convenient and saves a lot of effort compared to going on your own. The tour guide provides helpful tips and switches between Chinese, Japanese, and English. They are very polite and nice throughout the trip! The meeting point is at the Ginjō-dō (Golden Clock) at Nagoya Station (near the JR Shinkansen exit). I'll definitely book this tour again next time to see the snow.
