It was literally fast! Love staff was waiting between row EF. I looked for the staff after checked in in row K. Love her service attitude, her willingness to help beyond her role (with my issue at the check in desk). The queue was long but this service helped me clear immigration and xray in few minutes (possibly 10min or less). I will definitely use this service again and include entry service during peak season. Thank you.

My husband and I went and had a wonderful day. We booked in advance and chose a convenient date. We skipped the line and showed our online voucher. Our ticket included a visit to the mud and herbal baths, a visit to the water park, and lunch. Thanks to Trip.com for allowing us to save time and maximize our enjoyment.

Overall, I was very, very satisfied with the hopping tour. Reading other reviews, I booked it with the intention of getting the most value for money, but it was a perfect tour. Visibility and fish abundance can vary greatly depending on the weather, but on the day I went, the weather was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the clear, beautiful ocean. The staff were also very attentive, and we were treated to delicious fruit and refreshing drinks. Initially, it can be a bit hectic, with all the boating and hopping, but after enjoying the ocean, they invited us to dinner. The meal was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, since only eight people were seated at a table, the portions were average, and some might find it a bit too much for larger groups. After dinner, we headed to the tranquil island beach. Here, we enjoyed various activities and swimming. The activities were more affordable than other options, and the length of the experience was satisfying. The hotel pickup and drop-off service was impeccable. This is a tour I would definitely return to.

A wonderful place, the best of all the places I've been in Nha Trang. Numerous mineral pools, and the mud baths are simply amazing. It's a shame I didn't get the herbal bath package, which smells amazing. I'll definitely buy it next time. The water park also delighted me with its slides and pools. The grounds were stunning in their scale and eco-friendly landscape design. I Resort exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion would be to at least provide a return transfer, as calling a taxi is very difficult, and getting there on your own is impossible. Taxis and motorbikes are reluctant to travel to this heavenly, yet remote, place.

Lunch at the adventure park consists of fried chicken rice and watermelon. The receptionists and instructors speak English, and one of the zipline instructors also speaks Russian. Instructors will take photos and videos of ATV and zipline participants and encourage them to pose in different ways, all at no extra cost. The biggest advantage of booking activities through Trip.com is that you can register the night before, allowing you to check weather forecasts to avoid rain or storms, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for outdoor activities like ziplining and ATV rides.


