I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

We enjoyed the Mekong river tour very much! Johnny is a great guide, very knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. He is also very kind to children and the elderly, and takes good care of the group. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the tour. Everything was perfectly organized from the start. We were picked up from the hotel on time. Our guide, Lio, communicated with us through a translator since we were in an English-speaking group, but we understood him perfectly. We reached the locations a little earlier than the other groups, so we got great photos without the crowds. The driver drove well, quickly but carefully.

It was a very satisfying tour 😊. The guide spoke Japanese, was very knowledgeable, and kind. This tour is an absolute bargain for the price. If you come to Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend experiencing the Mekong Delta tour.

The most satisfying part of the trip; the experience was great. It was a good thing that the shopping locations listed on the website were clearly indicated, and there was no forced shopping or excessive persuasion, nor was there any pressure to stay a certain amount of time. You could stay longer if you were interested, and simply move on if you weren't. The meals, fruits, and activities were all good.


