As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

Meng was a fantastic driver and tour guide. His English and Chinese speaking capabilities were perfect for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed his company and expertise throughout the day. On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍

This is seriously the first time I've seen a tour where the guide takes all the photos for us 🥹 They told us lots of fun stories throughout the journey and really knew the photo spots, so I got so many beautiful shots 👍🏻🤍 Guide Lee Han-san is the best!

Highly recommended. Unbeatable value for money. The tour guide contacted us the day before, providing clear and helpful meeting information pictures. They even helped take photos, and their photography skills were superb. No shopping stops throughout the trip, very flexible, perfect for those who want to see all the landmarks in one go. Because if you really want to see Mt. Fuji, you need to book the bus and hotel in advance, but it can be frustrating if the weather is bad. This tour allows you to book a day in advance based on the weather forecast, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Great scenery, excellent management, and a great itinerary – five stars!
