We were very fortunate to see the beautiful scenery of Tianchi Lake, which was truly magnificent. Because it was the off-season, there were very few tourists, which was great. Moreover, there were only four tourists in our booked North Slope day trip, so we were lucky enough to use a Buick minivan. The guide and driver were very helpful. The flight delays were incredibly frustrating, and I hope Ctrip can provide more assistance in this regard. Due to heavy rain in Changbai Mountain on the way there, we had to stay overnight in Changchun, and they refunded the cost of the first night's accommodation, which was excellent.

It took four adjustments before I finally got to board the plane and see the fjord, but it was totally worth the hassle!! The owner was incredibly responsible, answering all my questions patiently and explaining everything thoroughly. They even proactively helped with potential itineraries and held onto my booking. Moreover, my final itinerary's weather check time and depth time were 1 AM China time. I was prepared to confirm them myself by phone, but the owner stayed up that late to help me confirm—I was so touched! I highly recommend this place!! Choosing this was definitely the right decision!!!

Loved the overall experience. Would have preferred a bit more of the blue vein (and of the cheese/crackers generally). But very satisfied overall.

I had an excellent experience. The team were really friendly, explained what to expect & tailored the flight to include some acrobatics & even some steering of the chute. We had perfect weather which just made it such a special experience. Can't recommend enough.


