One SIM card activated right away. The other didn't. I had to ask for a replacement. They responded quickly. The speed is so-so, but it's still usable.

I travel to Türkiye, Chile, Argentina and Brazil using this eSIM. The connection and automatically switch to local telco provider upon crossing borders were all very smooth, and data roaming also very smooth. Also they provide a link via SMS, so we can check our data usage anytime we like. Very convenient!

Although I didn't receive customer support, I was able to download it easily and connect to the internet without any issues. The internet wasn't slow, and I was able to use LINE and YouTube without any issues. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
