Great value for money, although there are three sashimi can actually be said to be one because few others will eat, but salmon thick cut plump, oysters small not too fat but fresh, and long-legged crab but I do not eat, full house does not take too much time to queue for food, many other cooked food, many desserts, only drinks too few styles .Staff close the plate fast, the chef is also serious work very quickly, the food is average Although not as beautiful as a large hotel in Taipa, but the festival online order does not need 400 can eat 5 hours for me reasonable, weekdays seems not to spend 300, worth a try but do not require very high-end standards★

If you're going to Macau, I highly recommend joining this tour, as you'll get to see the amazing night view to the fullest! It's perfectly fine to join alone. It was warm during the day in December, but it gets chilly at night, so I recommend bringing a jacket or scarf. I didn't check with the staff, but it seemed like you couldn't bring large luggage like a suitcase onto the bus, so I left it at the Venetian Macau where I got off (as of December 2025, it's 60 MOP, or HKD).★

After several twists and turns, I finally got to have a buffet dinner at mezza9. Besides the excellent dining environment, the food quality was superb. I was especially satisfied and grateful for John's explanations and attentive service that evening. Truly a worthy addition to the Grand Hyatt Macau brand!★
