The cheese interpretation center was closed today, so I'll visit it tomorrow since the ticket is valid for a year. I went to the cheese museum today – very nice. They also offered cheese tasting, delicious. Afterwards, I went to the salt museum, which was also very interesting.

A wonderful excursion where our guide Juan always knew exactly how to drive to the highlights without encountering crowds. He made the time between stops pass more quickly in the car with entertaining information about the island.
