昨天真的是很愉快的一天晴天加上小巴士意外驚喜是我們車上有兩位Tour guides - Ted (Korean and English) He spoke fluent English and he tried his best to explain everything in details. Another tour guide is Ponny who spoke Mandarin who particularly assigned to my niece and me. We are very lucky to have him by our side all day long who not only gave detail attraction history background introduction and also tried to have us his best suggestions about food and dessert. We felt fully entertained and happy to get this great experience.

Despite the fact that the boats were being serviced at Takachico Gorge and the crater was closed due to a helicopter accident, the tour was still great. I was impressed they called me to tell me about the cancellation of the boat trip and offered me a refund for that portion even before my trip started. When they found out the crater was closed, they also communicated it and offered a full refund if I didn’t want to take the trip anymore. I think it’s hard to come by companies these days that are so pro-active and handle issues so promptly. Yang Meng our guide was awesome, she contacted us, created a group chat and shared a lot of information about Mount Aso and Takachico Gorge. The Kusasenri area is very worth going to even if the Crater is closed. Takachico was beautiful and got to eat Nagashi somen out of bamboo shoots and water from the gorge. Cool experience. Yang Meng was so organized and told us beforehand how to make the best out of each part of the itinerary Highly recommend
