The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the Trip Com, and by the ship's capacity. The ship was large, so it didn't shake at all, which meant I didn't get seasick. Both departure and arrival were on time. I recommend this mode of transport. The pier in Krabi is a bit far, but there's nothing you can do about it. The pier in Phi Phi Don is literally 100 meters from the city center, and there's a pleasant deck on board where you can sunbathe and enjoy the views.

We left half an hour late because we had to wait for other passengers and we ended up not doing the full tour. It is good if you want to do a quick view of different places but if you have more time in Ao Nang I would recommend visiting each island separately. The food and the guides were great though.

Great, the driver was on time for the transfer. The speedboat was very clean and comfortable. The welcoming crew provided refreshing towels and bottled water.
