The driver was very polite. He came to find us at the pick-up point, drove well and followed the law. He stopped when we needed to use the restroom, and wasn't in a hurry. He was a really good driver and provided excellent service. He dropped us off safely at our destination and helped us carry all four of our bags. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely use his service again. ❤️❤️❤️★

Very comfortable bus. Punctual for pickup and arrival... I would improve the cleanliness of the luggage compartment; the backpacks came out quite dusty.★

We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.★

The weather was great that day! The director chatted with us the whole way, was quite humorous, and introduced the sights to us. The car drove smoothly and arrived at the station early and on time. The trip ended just in time, with plenty of time to spare. However, it would be better to stay overnight if possible. The weather was alright, and we spent relatively little time there, so there wasn't much water. I'll definitely make time to come back and experience a different side of Jiuzhaigou.★

An efficient and punctual service. The driver notified me (I had indicated beforehand where we would be stopping) at the correct stop upon arrival. We got a little confused finding the departure point because there was construction in that part of the station and dozens of people approached us trying to get us to book their transport or accommodation (I suppose).★

The driver’s knowledge, skill, and friendliness made the long journey to and from Wulong enjoyable. The junior guide, who assisted with translation, was also very friendly.
