An excellent, newly renovated hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and provided fantastic shuttle service to all the attractions. This was actually much better than staying at hotels closer to the sites, because at this high altitude, you really appreciate not having to walk extra! Jiuzhaigou is truly stunning and definitely worth a visit.

Royalton Hotel is a mid-to-high-end hotel brand under Huazhu Hotel Group. It is not far from the newly built three-dimensional tourist center in Jiuzhaigou. It has convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities such as catering and entertainment around it. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete supporting facilities: central background music, 24-hour hot water, 24-hour floor heating (winter), central air conditioning, 24-hour whole-floor monitoring system, fire safety system, one-button alarm system, business center, Restaurants, laundry rooms, large public leisure areas, etc. are all available. Some rooms have a panoramic view of Baojing Rock in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area through windows.

Had a great stay at Tixin Meisu. The knowledge and friendly team at the hotel will walk through with you of the amenities in the room as well as let you know how to best utilized your time at Jiuzhaigou valley and Huanglong national park so you don’t have to walk aimlessly. Breakfast was homely and there are laundry services which the clothes will be wash for you. There are also car services to/fro Jiuzhaigou valley which is about 15mins from the hotel and 5 mins walk to the opposite mall which houses 5 star hotel such as Conrad. The open air mall has bonfire every night for tourist as well as a very good Mao Niu hotpot that is highly recommended!! Shout out to the boss/ manager of the hotel which helped us out with the last minute booking of car to the railway station when we were unable to board the share-car that we had initially book. He kindly arranged a cab for us and even insisted that we only pay the shared-car fare — he covered the rest of the cost to the railway station, even though he had no obligation to do so. Tip for those that will be coming: Please arrange your transport to the railway station in advance as it is quite hard to book a didi in JZG. I’ll gladly visit again in the future!

The owners were beyond hospitable; they not only offered thoughtful sightseeing recommendations but also personally provided pick-up and drop-off services, which was incredibly considerate. The front desk staff were equally welcoming and accommodating, always attending to our requests promptly. Right from the moment we booked, the staff contacted us immediately to confirm our arrival time and mode of transport, meticulously arranging everything whether we were driving or arriving by high-speed train. The level of detail in their service was truly impeccable! Immaculate Rooms The rooms were spotlessly clean – not a speck of dust anywhere – which made our stay incredibly comfortable and reassuring. Moreover, the in-room amenities were clearly high-quality, making them very pleasant to use. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a very clean, fully automatic washing machine. What's more, whenever we used the washing machine, staff would even assist with monitoring and drying our laundry – talk about going the extra mile! A High-Tech Experience The biggest surprise was discovering that the room featured a Xiaomi smart voice control system. Controlling the lights, curtains, and air conditioning with just a voice command felt incredibly futuristic and truly enhanced the overall experience! It genuinely felt like staying in a futuristic home – so cool! Delectable Breakfast While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste was absolutely phenomenal. Every single bite was satisfying and brought immense joy. Simple ingredients were transformed into extraordinary flavors, providing the perfect energy boost for a new day.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the owner offers shuttle service to scenic spots. The service is excellent. It's very clean, with smart appliances and a complimentary fruit meal. They offer a variety of room types, making it a great choice for families and couples. We booked a family room with a starry sky roof, but unfortunately, it rained and we couldn't see the stars. The large screen also comes with a TV subscription, which the kids loved. ❤️ The small courtyard in front is a great place for chatting and barbecuing. After a day of walking in Jiuzhaigou, we headed for the hot springs. They unexpectedly had roses there. After soaking, I felt completely relaxed and had a wonderful sleep. (Breakfast is included.) Highly recommended.

The front desk reception is warm and polite, and the room cleaning is also timely. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and pleasant, making people indulge in sweet dreams. The hotel also provides a hearty breakfast and delicious dinner, which makes people unforgettable. The staff are very professional and the service is meticulous and attentive, making people feel at home. In particular, the hotel's buffet breakfast has a rich variety and meets the needs of different tastes. The hotel's leisure facilities are also very complete, which really makes you relax. Highly recommended to friends who are looking for quality accommodation!

The best surprise of our Jiuzhaigou trip was definitely choosing this guesthouse! We were a large family group of 9, including seniors and children, and booked three rooms for two nights. The owners (a couple) were incredibly kind, warm, and hands-on from start to finish. Knowing we had a lot of luggage and were unfamiliar with the area, they proactively offered to pick us up and drop us off. They made several trips for us, saving us so much hassle. The service was absolutely exceptional, with attention to every detail. Any request we had was promptly addressed. What impressed us most was their thoughtful recommendation of a reliable local restaurant. The food was authentic and reasonably priced, helping us completely avoid the typical tourist traps. We will definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!
