Expected a bus but was upgraded to VIP car without extra charge. Met a nice and friendly couple from Xinjiang in the car and the journey was pleasant with conversations about scenery of Xinjiang. Glad that the car bring us to the hotel.

Please cross the road and wait on the opposite side to board the bus. The location link you received may not be accurate, so kindly arrive 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure.

Thanks to Trip.com, I was able to enjoy the Hwangryong without any difficulties while making a reservation. I didn't know much, so I submitted my passport at the ticket booth and received a paper ticket, but if you order a ticket here, it seems like you can just automatically scan your passport and go in..!! I had to buy a separate ticket for the cable car up and the shuttle bus for about 10 minutes, but it wasn't difficult. It was definitely off-season, so there weren't many people, so it was comfortable to tour, but except for Ochaeji, all the sights on the way down were frozen or covered in snow, which was a bit disappointing. ㅜㅜ But it was a beautiful experience in its own way. 💙

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!

The driver was very kind to offer changes of pick up point when I missed my train. Overall it was a safe and pleasant journey. Will recommend to others.

We didn't need the shuttle bus from Chengdu, but the entrance tickets were booked for us without any problems. We were able to enter the park with our passports without any problems.
