We didn't need the shuttle bus from Chengdu, but the entrance tickets were booked for us without any problems. We were able to enter the park with our passports without any problems.★

The transfer is well organized, and you get all the information you need to find the right bus. As mentioned in other reviews, the only criticism is that the description doesn't mention that the ride from Huanglong to the train station is charged separately (28 yuan).★

It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.★

The trip was perfectly organized, thank you very much. I messaged the organizer on WeChat, and together we found suitable hotels. I booked the hotels and tickets to the Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Parks myself. The driver was great, and we communicated via online translator. He picked us up on time and sent photos on WeChat showing where to pick us up after we'd seen the sights. He stopped at our request so we could buy food. He didn't play music, smoked only outside, and drove carefully. We have only pleasant memories. Thank you very much to the organizers.
