Because I was hiking, the signal might have been weak in some areas, but it worked fine once I got back to the city. For installation, you need to find Wi-Fi near the airport first, then click the installation link, which is easier than sometimes having to follow complicated steps when the link doesn't work. And since I had layovers in both Singapore and Malaysia, it was easy to buy this 3-country package. No need to install it each time; just do it once and it works throughout my transit. This is great and I highly recommend it for traveling to these countries.β

While on vacation, we visited all three countries using their eSIM specifications, and it worked flawlessly everywhere. Be sure to read the setup instructions they send you. You need to select a data plan under Mobile Data and turn on the Data Roaming slider. There were no issues with tethering either. Everything was great.β
