Reviews: Official ticket: JR Tokyo Wide Area Pass (electronic redemption voucher, redeemable from 8/21)

If you have a JR Wide Pass, it's incredibly convenient. Just walk in when you see the image of a green person on a green chair. Simply use translation software, take a screenshot of your text, tell them where you want to go, and they'll buy it all for you right away. Sometimes I just go in to use the restroom and then come out. JR trains all have elevators, so if you have luggage, you can take them. The counters at major stations are often crowded, so you might have to wait a while before they can serve you. But unless it's business hours, the staff are generally nice.

E-ticket does not need to be exchanged for physical tickets, which is convenient and fast, but the drivers of Donghai buses are unknown to have e-tickets. It takes a lot of lip and tongue to explain each way, which is more troublesome.

Booked quickly, you need to contact support in chat and specify the time there. There was a restroom on the bus. A notification with all the instructions on where and when to go was sent by email.

The staff will assist in the operation. You can enter the station directly after clicking on the website. The station only needs to provide the staff with a picture to watch, and you don’t need to do anything else. It is very convenient.
