I booked tickets for April 6th to soak in the hot springs. Upon arrival at the scenic area, everything was very convenient; there were dedicated staff to manage Ctrip customers' entry, and the service was excellent. Zhisheng Hot Spring is generally very impressive, perfect for a relaxing vacation. It boasts numerous hot springs, and the facilities are very well-developed, including showers, towels, and drinking water, making me, as a visitor, feel extremely comfortable. My visit lasted about two hours; the hot springs were very relaxing, and I felt well-rested! The only drawback is the inconvenient transportation. Zhisheng Hot Spring in Yinan is better suited for self-driving tours. Local unlicensed taxis are quite expensive. Taking a taxi during the day is okay, but those traveling by train should arrive early. Next time, I plan to drive and book through Ctrip again.

I really enjoyed it. The guide, Phuong Thanh, was very friendly and spoke good English. Her speech was excellent, and even someone with limited English could understand what she was saying. The tour was meticulously planned. We spent hours listening to the story, as is often the case with guides, without stopping. Everything was to the point and you didn't have time to get tired. I really enjoyed lunch with a local family; they fed us to the brim. Thank you for a wonderful tour; it was very interesting, especially the Old Imperial City.

Full day your from Hue but covers some great sites. Marvellous caves and structures. Tour guide David did a great job too.

The driver was very calm, polite, and careful. He constantly asked if I was comfortable riding the bike, offered water, a face mask, and a raincoat, and took his time while exploring the sights. He adjusted the route at my request (I wanted photos of the mountains and coffee in the morning), and offered recommendations for lunch. I would have liked the guide to provide some information beyond just the destination, in addition to ensuring a comfortable ride between the sights. I only got all the information from the official audio guide. It would have been great if there had been at least a brief historical overview.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮 𝗡𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them — this time to Ba Na Hills 🌿 We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up — very fast and convenient 👍 We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM. For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 — super easy and well organized. Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesn’t operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit. 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 for the careful driving and smooth communication 💛 Everything felt easy and stress-free. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends 😊


