A pleasant "chiva" (a type of open-air bus), with a guide who dances and tries to get you into the spirit, the food was good, the tour was appropriate, I recommend it

Very well-organised tour and great value for money. Transport was smooth, and it was a nice touch to have a drink and snack included once in Comuna 13. The overall experience felt easy and well put together, which made it enjoyable from start to finish. One thing to be aware of is that your guide may not necessarily be from or have lived in Comuna 13. While our guide was great, I do think hearing directly from someone with personal ties to the area would have added an extra layer to the experience. That said, if that’s not a major factor for you, it doesn’t take away too much from the tour overall. All in all, a solid and worthwhile experience, especially for the price.

Roland and Camilla were amazing guides. They gave us a fun tour of the city’s culture and its food. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to see as much of the city in as little time as possible

Great tour! Our guide had lots of knowledge of Comuna 13, it was really interesting to hear how the community has changed. The food that was included was also amazing, my favourite street food the whole time I’ve been in Medellin! At the end of the tour our guide asked if we wanted to go back with her or stay in Comuna 13, so we stayed a while longer and we chose to stay and look around a little longer! Would definitely recommend!


