The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

It was a wonderful experience; we saw so much. The route was slightly altered (due to a canal closure), but that wasn't a problem at all. The tour guide was fantastic, providing excellent explanations with relevant anecdotes – everything was presented brilliantly. The service was also top-notch, friendly and helpful. 
