We went there thinking that all the diving was included in the price, but it wasn't. We had to pay extra to get the service. This was the only problem we had, other than that, the staff were really experienced and friendly. It left a great memory. There was an additional charge for taking photos.

I used it in Cairo and also Sharm El Sheikh. Someplace in the hotels connection felt little off but overall good.
