Panda Valley and Dujiangyan are two treasure troves where you can escape the crowds and enjoy the natural environment. Panda Valley offers close encounters with pandas and boasts a beautiful and refreshing natural setting; Dujiangyan is magnificent and spectacular, with a rich variety of delicious food in its ancient town. The entire trip was very comfortable. Our driver, Jiang Wensong, was friendly, enthusiastic, and patient, driving smoothly and safely. He recommended delicious restaurants and a time-saving and energy-efficient route. The guide in Dujiangyan provided humorous and engaging explanations that also helped us understand the water conservancy project.

I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience. Fantastic day out with our guide Andres. Arrived right on time. Very safe driver too. Very knowledable about the sights, giving great detail. We did not feel rushed and was flexible with time at the different sites. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Yang Guang. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and managed the trip very efficiently. The driver was also excellent—on time, polite, and safe. Our visit to the Volunteer Chengdu Giant Panda Valley (private tour for 2 people) was truly memorable. We got to prepare food for the pandas, break bamboo, and cut bamboo leaves, while learning directly from the staff about panda care. It was exciting and very well organized. The staff welcomed us warmly, and luckily it wasn’t too crowded, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The journey from the city took only about 1 hour and was very comfortable, including a nice lunch. After the trip, Yang Guang also gave us great recommendations for other attractions, shops, and restaurants, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We booked just 1 day in advance a 'private' car trip to Chengdu's Panda Valley and Dujiangyan - Area. As soon as we got a confirmation (at 11pm!) the commuicative staff set up a WeChat (WeiXin) - Group for our trip. Over this group different agents checked in with us, all directly immediately responsive and in English. The driver - we booked 'just' a driver, non Engkish speaking - was already involved. He was used to communicate with a translation app - so no problems at all. We even arranged some different timing and some in between stops with him. Great experience!! Easy going, personal, friendly, helpful and with a very reasonable fair price . Definitely a big recommendation!!

The guide system was particularly effective; we had a dedicated English-speaking guide whose passion and deep knowledge brought the history of the region to life. She didn't just show us ancient sites - she connected the ingenious principles of the 2,000-year-old irrigation system directly to its vital role in Sichuan today, which was fascinating. A crucial piece of advice: ensure you have WeChat installed. Our guide used a chat to align the hotel pickup and share route details. An absolutely first-class, educational, and enjoyable day.
