Reviews: Uvita: Whale & Dolphin Watching Boat Trip w/ Drinks & Snacks

Going on this tour was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We were fortunate to watch a male humpback surface several times. When the area became crowded (potentially stressful for the whale) we boat toured the beautiful beaches, rock formations, and birds in the Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Near the end of the outing, we received information about another whale entering the area and they boated us several minutes over. They could have easily just let us swim and finished the tour. We then watched a mother and calf swim and play for several minutes (a surreal and magical experience). The guide was highly educational and knowledgeable about the local area. All of the crews respect for their environment was above and beyond (even pointing out monkeys in the trees while walking to the boat)! Thank You!

An unforgettable outing. The guides were very friendly and professional. They showed us everything we could have hoped for; we were incredibly lucky: dolphins accompanied the boat, then turtles, rays, and even sharks, not to mention the thousands of multicolored fish we observed with the equipment provided by the crew. A dream come true.
