This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.

Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere. Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.

Upon arriving at the airport, a staff member was waiting for me, so I was able to meet them without any trouble. My passport was checked for verification. Gestures were sufficient for communication. I followed them and was quickly guided to the gate, where the procedure was completed in one minute. I don't think it's necessary if you have plenty of time, but I recommend it as it allows you to use your time effectively.

Ba Na Hills was a great experience, and we got to explore everywhere thanks to Huy. He was not only friendly, kind, and sweet but also incredibly helpful. I wasn't feeling well during the trip, and Huy went out of his way to purchase fast-track tickets for me, which made me feel so much more comfortable. He even helped us skip the long queues. Highly recommend Huy for anyone visiting Ba Na Hills – he genuinely cares about his guests!
