Buying individual tickets easily exceeds the price; a test showed a saving of 200,000 won for 11 attractions within 48 hours. The BIG3/BIG5 options are perfect for a leisurely trip. The view is wonderful, I recommend taking the ride. There are short walks after the ride. The transparent cabins aren't much different from the regular ones, but you should still look around.
