Reviews: The Olympic Museum Entrance Ticket in Lausanne
Guest User2025-09-29
We have seen a few sports museums around the world but this one is easily one of the best. It has a nice open floor plan and extensive exhibits without being too overwhelming or cluttered. We appreciated how they presented some of the most important events and people for Olympic history, the inclusion of videos and the memorabilia from all eras of modern Olympic History. The museum has an accessible design with a long sloping ramp in the centre that allows access to all floors. They have a restaurant and a cafe in the building but my favourite feature was the gift shop that seemed to sell literally everything from all Olympics. They had mascots, posters and all sorts of collectibles that would be enough for any fan. The cost to enter is 20 CHF and it is easy to spend 2-3 hours here depending on the interest level. They have lockers that give back the coin deposit once you return the key. We found street parking out front to be reasonable and had many stops prior to this on a busy day as we completed a road trip around Switzerland. Outside there is a sculpture park and we enjoyed a nice sunset over the water before driving to Geneva.
Reviews: The Private Tuk Tuk Tour with one of The Best Fondues in Geneva!
Guest User2025-09-20
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely memorable experience with Welo Swiss! The tuk-tuk tour with cheese fondue in Geneva was simply magical. A unique and friendly way to discover the city while enjoying a typical Swiss meal. The atmosphere was warm, the ride comfortable, and the fondue delicious—perfectly served and well-portioned. The team was professional, attentive, and truly friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A little tip: I highly recommend buying a full bottle of wine, as the experience only includes one glass per person, which isn't enough to accompany the fondue. A unique activity, ideal for groups of friends, couples, or to surprise visitors. Thank you to Welo Swiss for this unforgettable evening ✨
