This time I participated in the Thai food experience of Chiang Mai Mother’s Chinese Class, which is perfect for those who like Thai food! The overall experience was great and smooth from start to finish. - Pick-up service: Pick up at the hotel on time and send you directly back to the hotel on the return trip, which is very convenient - Strolling the market: The teacher introduced local specialty vegetables and spices, although the pace was slightly faster, but there was time for us to stroll around and buy snacks - Small vegetable garden: Will visit the school's vegetable garden, learn about various fresh spices, and see two big turtles, can feed him cabbage - Cooking time: The ingredients are well prepared, from cutting vegetables, pounding spices to actually putting the pot, step by step to follow, a sense of accomplishment - Tasting time: After completing the three dishes, everyone sits down to enjoy, the teacher will also teach Thai milk tea and mango glutinous rice, while eating while exchanging travel experiences, the atmosphere is good. Recommended for those who like Thai cuisine and are interested in spices!

We booked a tour for the afternoon. A private transfer picked us up at the appointed time, and the journey took 1.5 hours due to heavy traffic. We were greeted warmly at the elephant camp and immediately fed lunch. Then we had a fun briefing, and then we went to meet the elephants. The experience of interacting with these amazing animals was simply indescribable. There were 6 or 7 elephants, plus a little baby elephant, who stole our hearts!

Highly recommend this experience. Amazing value for money and very well organised. They also email you the recipes and ingredient notes for the meals that are on the menu after you’ve finished, as well as numerous photos of your cooking group.

Mary and Eric were incredibly cheerful, positive, and friendly. They meticulously explained the use and preparation of various herbs, making the hands-on experience fun and engaging. Following Dr. Yo's herbal formulas made the application of many herbs accessible, allowing for personalized adjustments based on individual needs. Before leaving, I stumbled upon a Pai white crystal on the shelf—its clear, luminous energy was simply delightful! 🤩 A delightful surprise from the shop! 🫶


