The experience on its own is amazing though I feel your T n C's need to be improved interms of the specifics needed, on the app here it says Pass Fee is R200 when we got there they told us its R250 each and when paying by cards is R260 each irregardless of whether you're paying the whole amount as 1 transaction ,I feel thats misleading customers ,we waited 25 minutes to be attended to or given a person that was going to be our guide mind you, we were supposed to start at 12pm.but ended up starting at 12h25pm and came back exactly on time ,going forward please make sure people plan in advance and save our time as we respected their 30minutes before starting time rule, otherwise big up to Tendai who needed up being our guide for the day he tried to see ro 3 groups on his own and did an amazing Job for people's Job

The kayak tour was so much fun! We were incredibly lucky and got to enjoy our time alone with two guides, Lina and Cayleb! They were both super accommodating, explained everything clearly, kept a close eye on us, and even cracked jokes! We saw a number of dolphins on the tour, which was definitely the highlight of the whole trip! 😍 But be careful – on very warm days, you can easily get sunburned on your head, so I recommend wearing a hat or cap. If the waves aren't too rough, you can even swim and jump in from the kayak :) I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Brad was great! He was very supportive, nice and told us many stories about Cape Town and the nature. We did a bit of rock climbing and had wonderful views! It was unforgettable.

Fantastic boat tour, a super friendly team who were themselves enthusiastic about everything we saw. The team also explained a lot about the animals, and we learned a great deal! And the best part: we actually saw seals, dolphins, penguins, and two humpback whales! A wonderful excursion; we would do it again anytime!


