Reviews: Cairns Reef Magic 1-day tour [Reef Magic/Helicopter/Scuba Diving/Includes Buffet Lunch/Unlimited Snorkeling]
Guest User2026-02-22
It was a great day out! The crew were super organised and friendly, they were also very patient with the dozens of tourists who didn’t speak much English. It’s a big boat with a couple hundred tourists, so be prepared for that. Lunch was great! We had a great day out and snorkelling on the reef was just incredible.
Reviews: Cairns Great Barrier Reef 1-day tour with Silverswift [Optional scuba diving]

Overall, the experience was good. I went on three certified deep-sea dives to different places, but saw similar things. The price was a bit high, probably because of the excellent service and the increased prices on meals. All diving equipment was provided, so there was no need to worry about extra charges.
Reviews: Cairns koalas and creatures admission ticket - Cairns Koalas and Creatures at the Pier Ticket

It's worth going there just for a photo with the koala. There's no point in arriving too early, as the space is quite small. Photos are taken very quickly so as not to disturb the koala too much.
Reviews: Cairns Green Island Big Cat half-day tour with snorkeling/glass-bottom boat
Guest User2026-01-31
Since we only had a short stay, we decided to take a quick afternoon tour. The boat ride to the island was very rocky due to the rain and rough weather. I got seasick and couldn't move, so I recommend taking motion sickness medicine if you are prone to seasickness. I was impressed to see sea turtles swimming gracefully nearby.
Reviews: Cairns: Green Island Snorkelling or Glass Bottom Boat
Guest User2026-03-29
We enjoyed our day at Green island. I was worried about getting seasick but the ferry was huge and the crossing to the island only took about forty minutes so I was fine. We opted to do the glass bottom boat trip and were lucky to see a giant turtle and a small shark. The walk around the island is beautiful and the beaches were stunning. A lovely place!
