The service staff used WeChat to contact us, and their service attitude and problem-solving ability were excellent. I even encountered scams from local people on the way, but fortunately there were service staff, which made me feel quite safe.

The service staff Jenith on WeChat was very helpful. The previous few times I communicated with local taxis were not very pleasant. Booking this taxi was very good. They would inform me of the car number and driver in advance, and the driver also had a certificate.
