Great dinner experience, except the location is very far from our hotel where located at the Shanghai railway station. The dinner venue is at Songjiang area. Food and performance were excellent.★

Very useful if you wanna use both the app here and European ones (ig WhatsApp etc). Still bought a sim to get a number. But not really needed if you don’t intend to order anything. I’ll buy it again for the next trip cuz i feel more comfortable with this than buying a vpn that might not even work. Good prices as well★

Dining at Xuyan was a fun experience with nicely presented dishes and enjoyable flavours throughout the meal. The food quality is impressive, but it’s not very friendly for young kids due to the atmosphere and menu style. We also ended up eating nearly double portions to fully enjoy everything offered.★

I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. It didn't load at startup, which I thought was a problem, so I turned it off and on again, and then it worked. The experience at Shanghai Palace Banquet completely exceeded my expectations. The most stunning part was undoubtedly the performance by the dancers in the courtyard! Set against the backdrop of ancient-style courtyards, pavilions, bridges, and flowing water, the dancers, clad in magnificent robes, moved gracefully. Their flowing sleeves exuded classical charm, and every turn and sway of their waists was precise and fluid. Their expressions perfectly captured the essence of ancient elegance. Accompanied by melodious music, the rustling of their flowing garments and the tinkling of their accessories created an immersive experience, transporting us to a grand Tang Dynasty banquet. The performers' professionalism and sincerity were palpable. The wonderful performance made the entire meal exceptionally meaningful, and I've already recommended it to my friends for our next gathering – it's definitely worth seeing again and again!
