My husband and I spent a day in Lille. I feel like we would have been better off not getting the pass. We took the bus tour which was nice, but most museums close at 5. We could only go to a couple afterwards. We like to walk, so we didn’t need the transportation. We wanted the walking tour, but that’s only done on Saturday in English.★

The buses ran as frequently as advertised, and the app provided realistic waiting times for the next bus. The German audio guide was excellent in parts, with relevant commentary and amusing anecdotes, but in other sections it was monotonously read by a computer voice. The kids' audio guide is very good, but unfortunately, it's only available in English, Dutch, and French. The AI assistant "Tootie" in the app is an absolute disgrace; it never stops talking and can't be turned off or muted. The only solution is to close it completely or exit the app. Otherwise, the buses are clean and safe, but unfortunately, they lack air conditioning.★
