Ki was a very good tour guide. In other tours I've done the tour guide tends to yap way too much to the point idc what they're saying but Ki charisma makes it fun and enjoyable.★

I booked a Russian-speaking tour guide for a friend, and the experience was fantastic! The guide spoke fluent and authentic Russian, was highly professional, knowledgeable about local culture and history, and provided detailed and engaging explanations. They were patient and attentive throughout the trip, perfectly resolving the language barrier. The itinerary was well-planned, and they thoughtfully reminded me of important travel tips. They were attentive and responsive to every request. I also want to thank the concierge for their attentive service throughout the trip, timely pre- and post-sales support, and efficient communication.
