Best activity so far and absolutely worth it. We booked the trip upon arrival through Trip.com after reading the reviews and recommendations, and we’re glad we chose this one. The operator provided full details and a clear itinerary, including a Google Maps meeting point, one day before the trip via chat. Fung was our tour guide, and Mat (not sure of his exact name) was the boatman. Both were very professional and friendly, making the trip enjoyable and safe. The day started on time and everything went smoothly. The kids especially loved swimming at Pulau Dayang Bunting, which was the highlight of the experience. The boat ride was exciting and adventurous due to the big waves, yet well-handled. We also went fishing, and the kids had so much fun. All activities were carried out exactly as described. Lunch was provided and included nasi goreng, fish soup, satay, grilled crab, and prawns, which was more than sufficient. Overall, the kids e

The itinerary was good. The only drawback was that we wasted 40 minutes at the hotel. Otherwise, the actual tour time was about 2 hours. The price was okay. It would have been cheaper if we had booked locally. The online service was very good.

We were picked up right in front of McDonald’s, and the driver arrived on time, which made the start of the trip smooth and convenient. The overall experience was truly enjoyable everything went as planned, and the scenery at the lake was beautiful. Just a small tip for future visitors, do set aside around RM 20 for the lake entry fee. The boat driver was friendly, accommodating, and made the ride even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable trip that I would definitely recommend to others.
