We arranged this day trip during our layover in Bangkok. The itinerary was rich and packed, and Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is definitely worth seeing. Taking photos of the Buddha statue embracing the tree at sunset was particularly photogenic. Our local guide, Bird, was also very responsible, providing us with detailed explanations and even helping us take photos!

The tour was fantastic. First, you go to the Queen's Palace, walk around there, then you're taken to a shopping mall where you eat (I can't speak for every country, but shopping in Thailand is really cheap, about half the price), then you visit Buddhist sites. The guide was very informative, thank you very much. They also gave you a bottle of water, a cookie, and a towel at the beginning of the tour.

This tour is really worth the money. Our tour guide Nicky is knowledgeable about the places we visited. The temple we visited are really magnificent. Will try other activities next time if we’ll visit Thailand again.
