Everything went great. I was met with a sign at the security checkpoint, shown through, and had my luggage picked up within 5 minutes. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at night. There were about 40 people in each line, not terrible. But I was already at the hotel 35 minutes after leaving the plane. I recommend it.★

I made a last-minute reservation at Hanoi Airport on the same day. I booked the lower section, but was informed that the upper section was the only one available. The seats were spacious and comfortable. It was nice that the bus stopped for 20-30 minutes at a large and fairly clean rest area. Both the staff and the driver were friendly, and communication was smooth. If you wait at Pillar 1 on the first floor of Noi Bai Airport, a representative will contact you around the boarding time and come to pick you up. Then, you just need to go to the bus boarding area next to the restrooms near the pillar. It seems the bus departure time is based on Hanoi time. We booked for 4:30, but the bus arrived around 4:45. It appears to be based on the departure time from Hanoi.★

Good afternoon! I'm so happy I bought this service. I don't know how long we would have stood in line at passport control, but we got through in 5 minutes, just perfect. We were independent tourists, arrived without a tour operator and without luggage, so we went through security and left straight away by taxi. Thank you so much🫶🏻
