I visited several museums in two days. Great value! I think I saved at least several hundred yuan by buying the all-inclusive ticket.

We got there early in the morning and waited until it opened at 9:00. There was a huge crowd right before the opening hour but didn't take long to get inside the palace since we bought our tickets in advance. Once we got inside we toured the palace first and then went to see the gardens. The area is so huge we had to rent an electric car (42€ per hour) to go around. There's a restaurant on site and a cafe.

We only wanted to visit Monet's Garden, and this half-day tour was perfect for us. We had plenty of time – two hours! The driver mentioned that unless you're hiring a car or traveling independently, you usually allow 1.5 hours, and it might be shorter when it's crowded. It wasn't too crowded this morning when it first opened. At the end of the tour, our guide, Mr. Li, recommended several French and Chinese restaurants near our drop-off point. Highly recommended for first-time or repeat visitors to Monet's Garden.


