Jessie was a very helpful guide. I was running late to the tour and she waited for me and would check in often to make sure I was OK. She also went above and beyond to help me get to my other activities. Yu Garden is absolutely stunning and everyone should go!

I would commend my tour guide Andy for a great tour. He is very friendly, helpful and kind. He explained different attractions and shared a lot of stories about china, which is amazing. I don’t recommend booking on a weekend, there’s a lot of people. We used to have a ticket for 6:30pm but moved to 9:05pm because theres a lot of people. Nevertheless,the tour is still great. The night cruise is breath taking. Don’t miss this when you go to shanghai. Thank you again to our tour guide, Andy!

The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.

Delicious food and the best view of the city you could wish for. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see the entire panorama. The boat wasn't crowded, and you could reserve a seat on deck for the tour for a small surcharge. But the view is also fantastic otherwise.


