I don’t want to spoil this experience for anyone so I am not going to share all the details as this was truly an unforgettable stay. This has officially become my favorite hotel from all everything I have enjoyed worldwide. Thanks to Bruce our personal butler for making the process seem so effortless. The rest is for you to experience yourself!

Booking is convenient, breakfast is rich, there is a fitness room, there is a small robot to deliver things, check-in is very comfortable, the waiter is very enthusiastic, the bedding is very clean, the waiter greets you when you meet him, there is no odor in the room, the air conditioning is very comfortable, the TV is large and new, there is a self-service laundry on the second floor, the room is also very good, there is porridge after 9:30 in the evening, it is also very convenient to issue invoices, and there are small gifts when you leave the store, which is good. I will stay at their house next time.

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

The good hygiene shows its ability. Each room and public area adopts a high standard and high frequency cleaning method. This ensures a safe stay in a clean and comfortable environment. In addition, the attention to detail is even more admirable. The bed sheets and quilts are clean and traceless, and each device is carefully cleaned and maintained, demonstrating the hotel's meticulous management and sense of responsibility. The service is beyond imagination. Every employee has been professionally trained and always serves guests with a warm and thoughtful attitude. Whether it is booking a stay, dining in a restaurant or business services, they will do their best to provide the most satisfactory service. And their professional knowledge enables problems to be solved quickly and effectively. No matter what problems you encounter, they can provide you with the most professional help solutions!

The hotel is due for a refresh. The furniture is so old and outdated. The phone is spoilt and you can't dial to the reception. The toilet bowl doesn't flush well.. its so weak and you will be worried that your deliveries won't be flushed.. it make me so stress out. But the reception service is wonderful especially the lady reception. She is very professional and doesn't allow some uncivilised lady to cut queue to check out. Thank you so much.

we arrived after midnight and reception is helpful. the location is great - 3 min walk to a large mall with lots of food. the room is simple but has everything we need. we love the free laundry facility with washer and dryer on our floor with detergent provided the reception staff on night of check in (did not get his name) , and Link and 002 were all very helpful we will return next time for our shanghai stay

Extended my trip a second time. Stay continued to be pleasant. A front desk staff first said I can leave luggage with them for a longer period of time if I have confirmation of a future booking, but when I asked later a different staff member said they cannot accommodate overnight luggage storage. If that's something important to you, I recommend asking them again to confirm.

It would be very hard to find a better option in Shanghai. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back when I come back to Shanghai.

Hotel’s location is very good. It’s part of the new development area which is clean, with shops, coffee shops etc nearby. The entrance is little hidden but not hard to find. Getting taxis can be a nightmare but the staff can help use taxi apps to help you. Would stay again as room is a good size and bed was big and comfy. Just hoped they got rid of the smoking area in the front of the restaurant because you have to walk past it every time you go in and out!

This is serviced apartment so consider this when booking. I usually always stay in chain hotels such as Hilton or Holiday Inn or Wyndham, so maybe my expectations are high from a hotel. But anyways, check in was great, fast and smooth, they even upgraded our room for free. But the rooms have ware and tear, it seems it need upgrading. Shower cabin has a portable air conditioner which is covered with dust, I never seen such a thing before. Now funny part, the next day we left to exhibition when we came back tired around 7-8pm they had a note in our room they didn’t clean our room, if we need room cleaning we must tell them before 4pm :)) we had dinner delivered to our room the night before so we ate and left all our food wrapping and cups on the table we thought they will clean and throw away everything, everything was sitting at the coffee table like we left. Breakfast is also very simple and plain, if you are foreigner you can only eat bowl of cereal or eggs, that’s it. Conclusion, people in check in nice, location is convenient, close to subway, but rooms needs some repairs. Also need some cleaning everywhere is dust, like no one lived there for a long time.
