The flight over the valley to the fjord wasn't cheap, but it was well worth it. The trip offered a completely different perspective, which was truly breathtaking. The pilot was attentive to everyone's needs, flying with the ease of driving a car, occasionally turning back to crack a joke – it was a truly wonderful experience.

The shop has excellent reputation. I booked a helicopter tour to Josef Glacier with them, but it was repeatedly delayed due to weather. Not wanting to disrupt my subsequent itinerary, I cancelled. However, refunds for Josef Glacier tours take a long time, so the shop directly advanced the refund to me. Therefore, when choosing a helicopter tour in Queenstown, I still chose this shop. The entire trip went smoothly, and I was very satisfied.

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!

That was a lovely and wonderful trip! All my friends and I enjoyed it so much! The Cruise was convenient and the animals in the farm were sooo cute. We petted and fed them with our own hands! Unforgettable experience! The sheep shaving was also a lot of fun to watch. Highly recommended! PS: We also found some goods inside the gift shop were cheaper than the stores inside Queenstown.

The trails are great and it is awesome they provide a bike trailer for young kids. The total amount of time biking was about 1.5 hours, which is a little dissapointing given the trails into Queenstown are under construction and the ride ends at 2pm if you plan to be picked up because the long distance of the return.


