Great limousine service. It is very convenient and easy to use the tickets bought from Trip.com. They are cheaper to buy from Trip.com as there are discount rather than buying the physical ticket. There will also be uncle to help to load and unload the luggage too. I will continue to use this limousine bus for my future trip.

Why doesn't everyone use the bus? The bus is seriously super convenient. You just take the QR code you received, go to the kiosk to print it out, and board. It is seriously so, so, so comfortable; they even carry your luggage and drop you off. You can sit and sleep until you arrive at Namba OCAT. Then you can withdraw cash there. Don't wait in line at the airport; just take the bus here. There is a 7-Eleven ATM, so make sure to withdraw money there.

You can communicate and arrange the itinerary in advance via Line or WeChat. If you don't have an idea, they will provide an itinerary for reference. The driver arrives at the hotel on time and speaks fluent Mandarin, so there are no communication problems. The ten-seater is spacious and comfortable. The driver is very helpful in answering any questions you may have during the trip and is very friendly. Overall, it was a very good charter service experience, and it's very convenient for traveling with elderly people and children!

The bus is not bad, but if you are very tall or large, you might want to choose something else... It is a bit cramped and there is not much legroom, the seats are not very comfortable, but the trip is calm and on schedule.
