We purchased this service for the first time at Nha Trang Airport. We were connected via WA, and we were met quickly and placed in the general queue, but at the front. Overall, there wasn't much need for this service at this airport, as the queue was short. The service doesn't cover security.★

They made the whole immigration process so much quicker and easier for me and my boyfriend. The day we landed, the staff was already waiting to where they said they’d be at, and it took us less than 10 minutes through the immigration. Highly recommended 💖
